- Receipt of all new claims to be acknowledged within 1 working day
- Clients will be kept informed of the progress of a claim at regular and appropriate intervals
- Claims handling, including presentation and negotiation
- Clients will be informed of settlement on each and every claim
- Settlement payments will be issued on the day of receipt.
- Management of claims experience and provision of all management information requested
- Claims handlers will pursue third parties on non-fault claims and also any uninsured losses
- Our claims handlers will visit our clients quarterly, where appropriate
