Rise in National Minimum Wage
The UK Government recently announced, on the 17th of March, that with effect from the 1st October 2015 the national minimum wage will rise to £6.70 for workers 21 and over.
This is accompanied by a 20% increase to the minimum apprentice wage aimed at encouraging more young people in to apprenticeships.
